Shipping policy

Shipping fees are calculated based on size, weight and location the items ship from which vary between our products. Be sure to check the shipping prices for each item.

All of items are ready to ship within 7-14 days from placing the order. Shipping times vary based on shipping option, carriers, and other situations outside our control.

Please allow 2-4 weeks before reporting a missing item. You will receive a tracking number when applicable.

***If you've selected the Pick Up option please arrange a pickup date within 14 days of purchase. If you do not pickup your item and do not notify us we will consider your item abandoned and it will either be posted back for sale or donated without a refund. We are limited in our ability to store items and we appreciate your understanding.
